Digital Products

All products sold on JS DESIGNS HUB (https://www.jsdesignshub.com) are digital downloadable files (STL, RLF, DXF, ArtCAM). No physical goods are shipped.

Refund Eligibility

• Accidental duplicate payment for the same design.
• Incorrect file delivered that does not match the product listing.
• Technically corrupted file that our support team cannot repair or replace.
• Technical issue preventing download access that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

Non‑Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after the digital file has been downloaded.
• Software or machine incompatibility when system requirements and file formats were stated.
• User production, tooling, or CNC machine setting errors.
• Modified, resized, or altered CAD/CAM files.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once an eligible refund request is received and verified by our technical team, the refund will be approved and initiated.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the customer's original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, as per standard banking processing timelines.

Cancellation Policy

Because digital files and download permissions are generated instantly upon successful checkout, orders cannot be cancelled once downloaded.

If you placed an order by mistake or experienced an accidental duplicate charge, please notify our team within 24 hours of purchase before downloading the files. Verified cancellations and refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment source.
