1. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before payment has been successfully completed. Once a payment is confirmed, your order begins digital fulfillment automatically.
2. Digital Downloads
Because our products are delivered electronically, download access is usually available immediately after successful payment. For this reason, completed digital orders are not eligible for cancellation.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If payment fails, is interrupted, or your account is charged more than once, please contact our support team. We will investigate the transaction and work with the payment provider to resolve the issue.
4. Technical Issues
If you cannot access your purchased files because of a technical issue on our website, contact us before requesting a cancellation. Our team will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement download.
